This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

7+ years of experience in production design with a portfolio demonstrating high-volume digital ad creative, including paid social, display, and motion assets.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Demonstrated ability to produce large quantities of assets with speed and accuracy, without sacrificing quality.
Solid understanding of ad specs, technical requirements, and best practices across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and YouTube.
Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency across a range of formats.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate proactively on deadlines and dependencies.
Experience producing short-form video content for social channels (Reels, TikTok-style formats, YouTube pre-roll).
Experience creating motion graphics and animated assets for digital advertising.
Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and templatized, high-throughput ad production workflows.
Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing environment.
Working knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creative decisions influence them.
Background in a high-growth startup or fast-paced in-house agency environment.

 
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
