10+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong foundation in commercial law.
A Bachelor of Laws or JD, and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
A strong commercial skillset, with demonstrated experience negotiating and closing complex B2B, enterprise, and technology contracts.
M&A experience, with the ability to manage legal aspects of transactions end-to-end.
Experience working in-house at a technology or SaaS company (highly regarded).
The ability to draft legal documents, policies, and strategies precisely and in plain language, and to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal audiences.
A confident, commercially-minded legal advisor who can balance risk with business pragmatism and find the best outcome for the business.
A practitioner with a high level of integrity and judgment, supported by strong communication and influencing skills.
A natural mentor and collaborator who invests in the growth of those around you and thrives in a cross-functional environment.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, and skilled at knowing when to escalate.
