Extensive experience leading FP&A, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance functions within high growth technology, fintech or financial services environments.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to broader business strategy and growth objectives.
Exceptional financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills, with experience translating complex information into actionable business insights.
Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Experience leading and developing high performing teams through periods of growth, transformation and change.
Strong understanding of financial planning systems, ERP platforms and modern reporting environments.
Passion for leveraging automation, business intelligence tools, data accessibility and emerging AI capabilities to improve decision making.
Experience within consumer lending, fintech or financial services environments, including exposure to unit economics, customer acquisition metrics, margins, cost of capital or bad debt modelling, will be highly regarded.
A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
