8+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a fast paced, multinational organisation.
Demonstrated experience transforming finance functions and building scalable planning, reporting and forecasting capabilities.
Strong understanding of financial governance, reporting controls and ASX listed or regulated environments.
CA or CPA qualification.
Experience presenting complex financial insights to Executive Leadership Teams, Boards or senior stakeholders with confidence and influence.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear strategic recommendations.
Experience leveraging modern technologies including Power BI, Python, LLMs and enterprise planning platforms such as Calumo to improve finance outcomes.
Experience working with enterprise ERP and Business Intelligence platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographically dispersed teams.
Comfortable working through ambiguity while leading change and influencing outcomes across a complex organisation.
A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
